Rustam Israilovich Mirzabayev is a practitioner in security, investigations and risk management. His professional path began in 1990: law enforcement, operational work and investigations, followed by corporate security and private practice.
Today he heads the outsourcing company Bureau of Independent Investigations and works as an expert and public speaker. Mental Shield grew out of practice — out of real stories in which a person's decision mattered more than any technical protection.
